MK1 is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality boxing equipment. As part of our commitment to quality, we offer a 6-month quality assurance plan on all of our boxing equipment.
This plan covers any defects in materials or workmanship within six months of the purchase date. If you experience any problems with your MK1 boxing equipment during this time, please get in touch with our customer success team, and we will be happy to replace or repair the equipment at no charge.
To be eligible for this plan, you must:
1. Be the original owner of the equipment.
2. Have a valid receipt for the purchase of the equipment.
3. Contact us within six months of the purchase date.
